Backing up your map
Before you go much further, here is an important note about keeping your work safe:
Your Change Pathways Map will save automatically as you create and edit it (as long as you are connected to the internet). But in case you make a mistake that you don’t notice right away or can’t undo, we recommend that periodically you ‘fork’ your project within Kumu. This essentially creates a copy of your map at a given point in time. You can consider this a back-up of your map. This needs to be done manually, so try to get into the habit of ‘forking’ your map regularly.

Click on the menu in the upper left corner of the map:
Then select Fork Project:
